I was never a regular at the gym until joining Fitstop Mermaid Beach! The trainers are highly experienced and create a comfortable and inviting environment. It's nice being able to go into a session and not have to think about what to do - makes the mind battle of getting to the gym simpler and hassle free!
The best gym I’ve been to! The trainers are all so knowledgeable and welcoming. No matter how experienced you are they are always happy to help. I look forward to going to the gym everyday as the vibes are always so high. The morale created in this gym is unmatched. Love my Fitstop Mermaid Beach fam <3
Absolute legends at Fitstop Mermaid! Trainers go above and beyond to ensure you are treated like family and bring a wealth of knowledge to your training. Facilities are amazing and it is more than just a gym! Make sure you pop in for your first free session.
Two words to sum up this gym... life changing! Fitstop is the perfect mix of weights, cardio and some days a bit of both. Sessions are available in in the morning and afternoon, so there is never an excuse to miss a session. The Mermaid Beach location is something else though! The trainers always bring the vibes. Those days you don't feel like going to gym, you are guaranteed to leave with a sweaty smile on your face. The Mermaid Beach location is more than just a gym, it is a family. The gym offers multiple opportunities for members to mingle and grow as a community, including breakfasts and ice baths after Saturday sessions. Get in and see what it's all about... you'll never want to leave!
The best community I have ever been apart of. The owners and trainers genuinely care about its members health and well-being. Not only has FitStop Mermaid been amazing for my fitness, smashing many goals during my 18 months as a member, but also my social life. I have created some true friends for life due to the environment and culture Jess and Joel have created at the the gym!

The most supportive and motivating team of trainers will whip you into shape without you even realising how hard you're working because you're having so much fun. I have never felt so strong or had the confidence to lift the heavier weights until I had the help and support of the Fitstop Mermaid Beach trainers.
If you looking for a gym that is going to challenge you on a daily basis.... look no further. I have been a regular gym goer for years but have never felt stronger! Jess and Joel have created an epic supportive environment. Love it!
I could not reccommend the Mermaid Beach Fitstop enough! All of the trainers are incredibly welcoming and make you feel comfortable no matter your level of experience! There is also a really good balance of being pushed to achieve what you didnt before realise you were capable of, and staying injury free / being able to create a sustainable training routine.
Love training at Fitstop Mermaid. They have created a great vibe. Awesome trainers who push you to get great results. Highly recommend
