This was the third time visiting the cafe and ordered Karaage chicken burger and bowl smashed avo and the breaky. Same as last time food was not up to the mark. The karaage chicken and the brown rice was extremely cold, dry and chewy . Service could have been better.venue has a good view.
Beautiful location. Nice staff. Food is horrible. Chicken burger with very low quality of chicken - it was more a chicken cracker than chicken patty. Poor presentation. Egg Benedict special was horrible - the meat is soaked in bbq sauce that you can’t taste the meat. The meat was dry. Poached eggs aren’t poached but fully cooked
Had a lovely late lunch here and it did not disappoint. First time in the area and this cafe was like my dream come true. Great if you love dogs and enjoy a nice view while you dine. The food, coffee and hot chocolate were delicious and the service was friendly
Came here at the weekend for the first time with a dog we were looking after. Very accommodating for dogs, plenty of tables outside and lots of drinking water bowls.nThe location is beautiful, right next to Currumbin Creek and it's really a perfect cafe location for people walking their dogs.nThe food was ok, but it was really over priced for the quality.nYes, all of the Gold Coast is overpriced but in some places, the quality of the food is better than here.nnAt the weekend, Dune is very popular, so gets very busy and that can sometimes affect the quality of the food that has to be pushed out to meet demand.nThe coffee and fruit juice we also had, were good and I'd still come back here, purely for the ideal dog-friendly location.
Servers were lovely, a bit pricey, but the food was tasty! I struggled a little with the lighting, the flashing of the lights through the fan blades was a bit disorienting, but that was minor! The food and coffee was so good!
