Just had a 'big breakfast" and eggs Benedict. They. Were. Delicious! As good as any cafe and coffee was great. Mel, who made our coffee was happy funny and made great coffee. Prices were what you would expect to pay at a cafe anywhere on Aus. This was a great find with great food and fair prices!

Velocity, you used to have a lass that made high quality coffees, superb. I have just been served by a pommie girl, pleasant enough, but operated like she had never seen a coffee machine before and it certainly was not a flat white I received. Just as well I guessed right and ordered it with less milk. Tasteless and with thick white froth on top. Velocity... what has happened? Sell coffee, then make sure your staff can make coffee !!

Just got charged a higher price than that displayed. When I queried the amount I was told "the prices have gone up but the board hasn't been updated - what do you want me to do about it". For starters, this business needs to comply with Australian consumer laws. Insist on the price displayed. Do not be duped by illegal retail practices

The lady serving at 5am on Friday, 15th September has no idea what customer service is. I could not believe how shockingly rude she was, not just to me and my family but all customers. Get some new staff.

Purchased chicken wrap and it says chicken on but it has bacon too, went back to the counter and told him and he’s is like didn’t even care that I pad $12 for it terrible service.
