Make sure you book as it gets very busy.nnA unique experience that we have never tried before. It was our first time coming here and we had a lovely lunchtime.nThere is a buffet counter with a selection of raw marinaded meats and seafood which you take back to your table to cook on the mini BBQ. The tastes and smells were delicious. There's also a selection of salads and pre cooked items as well. There's tea,coffee and desert.nStaff were very attentive at cleaning away our empty plates and changing the grill pans for us. The service was excellent.
A great place to feed hungry families when quantity is more important than quality. Must book ahead. Come with an empty tummy, before shower, and with your meat-loving family in tow. By the end of the feeding frenzy, you will be feeling satisfied and smelling like grilled meat for the rest of the day. Not the place to go if you are more into the finer things in life or out to impress a date. Korean charcoal BBQ $45 per adult as at 1 Sep 2024 all you can eat. Good table service as dishes are cleared and grill plates replaced very promptly during seating. Pay at the counter first before you are shown to your table. Credit card surcharge applies. Indoor seating only.
Food was good, price very decent, staff changed cooking plates quickly when requested
We’ve been here a number of times but today‘s lunch was the best dining experience we have had in Hancookwan so far. We don’t have to ask for the grill plates to be changed, the staff took the initiative which is really nice. Good food, we’re so full! Totally worth the $42 per person. Kudos to today’s crew! Keep it up!
Food was good but the service could definitely be improved. As I have read in other reviews, the lady taking payments was rude & yelling at staff across the restaurant. We had a group of 23 people and she kept telling us we were on table 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 tables 11 and 12 had people sitting at them as we are trying to explain this to her she just got snappy and kept telling us that's our table and wouldn't listen to us saying people are sitting there. Finally she takes a look gets huffy and storms around, yells at the waiters who were over there not to let anyone sit without her telling them. Then rudely kicks the people off the table.nThe early session we attended was fully booked so lots of people, some others were pushy at the food area.nOverall a good way to do K BBQ as it's a set price and you get to pick and choose what you want, the kid's all loved it but I'm not sure we would personally go back.
