I had such an amazing experience at Hairhouse Warehouse Doncaster! Nathan is the best!!! I love my hair so much and I can’t thank him enough. He is very professional, fun to talk to and puts so much time and effort into his work.  I’ve had highlights before at other places, but my hair never looked this good!  I also got a piercing 2 weeks ago there and Holly was my piercer. She is so lovely, professional and she was very quick that I didn’t feel much pain.  Thanks to Nathan and Holly for making my visit a great experience!

I am giving this review on behalf of my wife Lina. The stylist was Liv, she had promised my wife a private appointment and the experience, treatment and privacy provided as well as the haircut was all an exceptional. Thank you Liv for your hospitality and great customer experience. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended for any women requiring privacy for being covered in hijab.

When giving out advice you must be absolutely sure that it's accurate. I was told to rinse my hair with conditioner after my workouts. Conditioner alone can damage your hair and cause it to snap/break. Always research before acting on incorrect advice unless you want your hair to fall out.

Can't say enough of how impressed I was in colour ,style treatment. Thank you to Nathan ,& Jules staff had a ball relaxed ,laughs and my hair colour etc amazing Thanks Guys so much

Staff here are fantastic, Services and products are great - Easy to book too which can be rare. Never had a bad experience here, whether it be piercings, salon experience or simoky retail products. Will be back, thanks ladies and gents!.

Sorry I can't remember her name except her heart. Due to my parkinsons she filled in the profile board of required questions and as I went through the process. She only inspired me with the beautiful soul she has. I bless her with gratitude and thanks.

I had a really great experience with Tom at Doncaster Westfield. If you ever go here you should ask for him. He was incredibly helpful but also really kind and understanding. He helped me with all my questions and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. :

5 star to Kaz. Kaz is the best piercing experience I had in Melbourne. She is so patient and professional. Putting her heart to her clients. She even write down all notes for me for my after care. You are the best Kaz, thanks for everything.

Kye is amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable about piercings. Very happy with my piercing and will definitely be going back to see Kye.

I made an appointment to have my ear pierced, the last time I did that was thirty years ago, hence the nerves set in but I really wanted to go through with it. Erin was amazing, lovely and professional... she talked me through the process and I am so glad I did it... Thank you Erin, I will recommend you to everyone!
