I’ve been to the Doncaster salon twice already this year. The first time was to get half head of blonde foils and my roots redone, the second time I got the keratin treatment done. Both times I had excellent service and found all staff were polite and professional. I was satisfied and looking great both times! I also couldn’t believe how great the prices were. I used to pay hundreds of dollars in the past but not anymore!

I've been here three times and each time gotten a totally crooked haircut (from 3 different hairdressers). Its always a long wait and staff are always rude and unfriendly. Don't waste your money.

I agree worst experience I have ever had.
Had cut & colour,the colour come out pitch black if I was going to a gothic party I would have got 1st prize.
It cost me $200 to have it brought back to a normal colour by another salon.
Never again, no care no responsibility by Cuts & Colour.

got my head shaved here because my usual barber is closed, my hair was cut unevenly - it wasn't too terrible but definitely not the best either.

Worst haircut experience ever!!! They will rip you off!!! Guy outside told me I could get a wash, hair cut and blow wave for $49, the sign said all hair lengths included in the deal. So I waited about 10 min, he washed my hair and passed me onto another lady to cut it. The lady was extremely rude, asked if I wanted just a trim and I replied a slight trim on the ends and a fringe. She replied saying it was "too much", I thought she meant adding the fringe was too much and not included in the deal. I said that was ok and I'll just get the trim and blow wave. Then she said no I could not get the blow wave it would be $69 alltogether because my hair was "too long". The sign said "all hair lengths included" and the man outside said I could get that deal before she started. When I confronted her about this she was very bitter and said she'll "try her best" to let me leave with dry hair. She said she would then charge me $30 for just a wash and trim. Anyway I left with only a small trim on the ends, washed and dried hair which she started to curl when I wanted it straightened??? When I asked about the fringe she told me it wouldn't work because I have the same hair as her and it wouldn't look good??? And she charged me $49 for the worst haircut and "blow wave" in my life that I didn't even ask for. Terrible terrrible place, they rip you off and are scammers!!!!!
