Service was lacking. I was told that it was a 25 minute wait, but waited over 40 minutes and NO message. I went back into the store after 25 minutes after putting down my name and saw people who arrived after me and put their name in the supposed queue after me,get their hair cut before me. what. a. joke. there was also an older blonde lady who was cutting another woman's hair and kept stopping and starting NUMEROUS times to do things with the computer... the phone... etc... when there were other staff around to do it.

Stylists are super professional and experienced. Every time I go in, it's a different stylist but each one is amazing so it's never a risk .. always happy with the service and results .. highly recommend it .. good job guys Keep it up!
