Really love my new hair color. Dee did an EXCELLENT job changing my hair from yellow bleached hair to ash color with some silver highlights. I highly recommend this place and will come back.
I had an amazing experience at Hairhouse Melbourne Central the other day. I was greeted promptly with a smile and lovely staff asking how I was. Anni helped me find shampoo, conditioner and heat protectant specifically for my hair type. She educated me about which hair products I needed without being too pushy. The store is beautifully lit with plenty of brands and products to choose from. The store assistants were all eager to help out, but also allowed me time to browse the shop. Five stars for Hairhouse Melbourne Central! Keep it up! :
Absolutely loved my experience of getting my hair coloured at HW Melbourne Central. I booked in with Mina and was walked through all of the steps in order to get my hair looking amazing! I was taken care of and given the proper aftercare to make sure the colours stayed vibrant and felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire appointment!! Would highly recommend booking in with Mina and being in the hands of the rest of the salon staff. :
My first visit to hairhouse and I loved it. Very friendly staffs and affordable prices. I was struggling for the product and than Big thanks to Kelly who gave me good recommendation for my hair product and color. She is so polite and honest. Will be shopping more in future since I keep changing my color and damaging it cheers
I really enjoyed my stay here, all the workers here are so nice and patient; especially the hairdresser Dee! She was so quick and efficient with my hair, and she did an outstanding job! I will definitely be booking all my future hair appointment here with Dee, thank you Hairhouse for giving me such a positive experience :
Dee and her team are amazing! All four talented hairdressers worked on my hair for a beautiful cut, wash and style, which then turned me feeling and looking fresh and confident! With all of my heart, thank-you so much Dee and I will be back in soon for my next cut and style :
I had the lucky opportunity to get my hair bleached and dyed a lovely, vibrant VOOODOO BLUE by Mina and Jenny. They were very patient and accommodated to my many piercings as well! I will definitely return for a top-up of different colours. :
Dee is seriously the most amazing hairdresser I’ve had ever. She went above and beyond and fixed my badly multicoloured blonde that was a mess when I came in. I have never felt & looked as special as she has managed to magically do. I actually had given up on finding a good hairdresser that would be able to fix my hair & Dee has restored my faith in not only great customer service but in true artistry of hairdressing…she makes a great short black as well. Thank you so much Dee for everything. You have me now as a client for life.
I had to remove my forward helix piercing as I couldn’t remove it by myself. I paid 5 dollars and one of the staffs told me that I’ll have to wait until someone calls out my name, which I had no problem with, so I waited 15 mins. While waiting, I saw 3 other staffs chatting and doing nothing, so I asked the staff again how much longer I’ll have to wait. The staff then went in to talk with the trained staff who wasn’t even with a customer while I waited. The process itself took 10 seconds and I am happy with the quick removal, however customer service needs to be improved.
I went in to Hairhouse Melbourne Central to purchase colour for my hair, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable assistant named Robert who not only gave me the right advice, he explained to me everything I needed to know about my hair and colour that no other hairdresser has ever been able to do. I asked him if he works in the salon and he replied if you like I can take you through right away and do your colour service. I took up the offer and may I say it was the best experience I've had in a salon as everything was explained toe and I knew I was in professional hands. First time ever wzi got the colour I wanted. What can I say Robert you out done yourself, I'll definately be returning to get my colour done with you from now on . Thank You so much.
