Very disappointed with the experience today, needed to stop my 90 mins massage booking just after 15 mins let her completed 30mins in total. The massage started with very cold touch on my back even though I said I don’t like cold. Cold hands and small room already doesn’t give good first impression. It was clear the masseuse is inexperience, the massage doesn’t feel good at all. I understand sometimes they are recently graduated and need time to gain the experience needed. The worst part of all is explaining the situation to manager, it was like to talking to deaf ears. All she said was I can book another masseuse next time and just more caring about getting the balance of payment than how I feel and my experience. Well, this 1 star review is for the manager who doesn’t offer any alternatives and my wasted time and money. She expects me to try again next time? I did speak another Therapist Grace before I left and she does seem nice as what other reviewers said. I came to try this place for the first time after all the good reviews, hope my poor experience is a standalone case.
I have only been here twice, once with Vashti, and once with Grace. The staff are so lovely, warm, and friendly. I felt very comfortable during my treatments, all my concerns were heard and met, in a calming environment. Both have high attention to detail, and take extra time to make sure they get it 100%. I had one unsuccessful treatment my skin didn't take the Henna, and eventhough I was in there for an hour, they didn't charge me. Will definitely be going back, and looking forward to a facial soon!
It was my first appointment with Grace today and I'm so impressed at how friendly and knowledgeable she is. She walked me through what will and won't work on the problem areas of my skin and recommended a treatment plan to get my skin wedding ready. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
Absolutely lovely people, very helpful and accomodating when I got eyelash extensions for the first time. I felt so comfortable! Will definitely be returning.
The signature facial is just amazing! This is my second time here and my skin is well hydrated. I walked in with flaky skins and walk out with such a nourished skin!
Adriana was amazing, so grateful for an amazing and relaxing facial. Already booked my next appointment.
Grace is fantastic and takes great care. All staff know their products really well.
