Excellent experience!!! James is so friendly and helpful. He helped me carrying my 3 seater on the weekend on the back of his truck. He had so much to do himself with the extensions which are going on in his place but he offered his services. I am so thankful to him. Even when I called him first time before moving from Brisbane he was trying to help in which ever way he could to easy my stress. I can never forget this lovely experience in life. He is gem of a person. Great Guy

James at Guest Storage was super friendly and really thorough in showing me how the place worked. He sorted me out with an affordable, flexible and secure solution (access hours were very handy as we moved most stuff in on a Sunday) - even helped me move a couple of items into my unit on the Monday! Great service all round, I’d happily recommend Guest Storage to friends and family.

A family run storage business with all the trimmings and security of the big boys, but without the price-tag. We moved our family storage unit from a national chain to Guest Storage and couldn't be happier. Excellent facility, professional service with a smile. Keep up the good work.
