I am absolutely amazed by the Asian salesperson’s professionalism. She went out of her way to get me refund for my purchase. In the end, I felt really bad for getting a refund. She has prettiest smile and the nicest approach. Will definitely come back here if I want to buy any electronics.
I only go here for the last 10 years to see Siva. He’s the best sales person I’ve ever come across. I will only be served by him. He’s so genuine and caring and so helpful. He goes above and beyond. He’s amazing. I highly recommend going to him. He’s absolutely the best
As a lot of products are available elsewhere and for me it comes down to what I want to purchase and if that product is in store and available for purchase and the customer service. Customer service can depend on the sales assistant and their interest and knowledge and attitude. I have experienced excellent service when buying products and the exact opposite. Today it was a painful experience trying to engage with the sales person and to keep him/they interested enough. In the end my friend I were told to go to The Good Guys to view the specific model of the product that I wanted to look at and purchase. So that is what I did. Harvey Norman employee diverting customers to the opposition! Brilliant for The Good Guys!!
Mathew was really helpful with my lenovo laptop that has rarely worked since I bought it a few months ago. He didn't dismiss my concerns but took it upon himself to rectify a solution. Wish there were more helpful people like Matthew!
Second time having unpleasant experience. The staff behind the counter was very unfriendly yesterday. However, the staff who explained products in the camera section was quite nice and helpful. Had much better experience when shopped in Springvale home centre branch.
Had the computer tech checked out my laptop was not charging. He was great. Will only cost me about $40.00. A deep sigh of relief as I thought I might have to buy a new laptop
Lidia went above and beyond to source the appliances I needed at short notice. She then followed up with a phone call the next day to let me know that they available for pick up. Great service.
Store is organised and you can find good specials. However customer service is a big let down. Definately need to uplift in customer service space, most of the team seemed to be occupied in themselves and when asked for help none of them seemed to care.
Havent had much luck with my local HN store so tried the Chadstone store as I was in the area. Called first to check my product/price and the staff member was so helpful and polite unlike my local store where the guy was rude, abrupt and cut me off after every second word. Something was also missing from my box, which was no fault of the store, and it was mailed to me within a couple of days as i couldn't get in there. Even the gentleman in the loading bay was friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!! So nice to receive great customer service!!!
A great range of products for a good price. Exceptional customer service too. Anotella was a very sweet and helpful lady We went to buy an airconditioner and we can already see us buying a refrigerator in the near future. She has a great product knowledge!!! She definitely deserve a promotion and a payrise!!! So much parking available around and easily accessible.
