Taeshia was an amazing help and got me set up with my boat parking over the phone in just a few minutes. She was very professional & courteous & walked me through everything I needed in less than 5 minutes. 10/10 customer service!!
I have rented 3 times now. Always very easy, The units are nice, they come with keys. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rates are reasonable.
Avery the gentleman who answered and assisted me was extremely helpful and and polite and made the process fast and easy. The facility is beautiful, very well kept, and we’ll located for ease of entrance and exit. The process could not have been easier. The rental unit was clean and extremely well kept. I was provided with a high quality lock and two keys on a keychain. That was a first for any storage space I ever rented. There was no upfront security deposit and no voluminous contract! Everything was simple and professional. Lastly the price was surprising reasonable. You can’t do better than this storage facility.

I've had a unit here for a number of years. Approximately 3 months ago I was able to get all of the items in the storage unit I had in the DC area down here. I got another another larger unit at this location and almost almost at the same time they were doing a change over for the managers and the company and I was not informed by the previous manager how much my unit was going to be And I ended up getting behind. Tiesha Was very helpful I explained what had happened and and I was able to eventually get everything caught up because I was also paying for 2 units of a friend of mine at the same location. She wasn't she was very patient and very helpful very helpful and I would actually give her a earn a 10 star rating If I could. I'm glad I selected this location not for my storage facility and look forward to being with them for a while. American Self Storage at Powhatan Road is awesome! They are caring and friendly, found us the storage units that we needed in a timely manner and communicate very well with us. Taeshia is the manager there and she has been very helpful and friendly. I’d recommend this storage facility to everyone!
Top notch — Booked the unit with Melissa and was promptly followed up by a text from Taeshia, a unit manager within minutes. Incredibly responsive staff and extremely clean facilities!
My experience was extremely pleasant. Taeshia was more than willing to answer all of my question and made sure that I had exactly what I needed.
