We went to watch a movie about dragons, lol. I can't remember the name, but I actually enjoyed it! The guy doing the barrier things was annoying as he would not let us buy our tickets till he finished. The cinema was already open. He should have had the barriers up before the cinema opened!
I couldn’t love this place more. I go really often and see pretty much every film they show. It’s always clean I’ve never had rubbish like popcorn etc on seats or in the floor including the toilets. I find the seats really comfortable. Zero problems. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The choc tops are as good as a choc top could get and are made in house. I recommend the choc mint but there’s no bad one. It’s very cheap at $13 full price. Their Facebook page is amazing as they recreate scenes from movies with their staff- 100% worth a follow. The Reading Cinema app is the best app I have in my phone. It works flawlessly exactly how you’d want it to.nPlease get out of the house and go and enjoy our fantastic local cinema!
Rude staff and poor service. Lady at the counter was great, but supervisor or manager is very rude. Not exactly sure who it was, but someone of authority. They had a curly mullet and was blonde. We had paid for tickets and a decent amount for their over priced food, and were treated poorly in return after sitting in the cinema waiting to watch the movie. We were told to leave after he claimed we hadn’t paid for tickets, despite them being on top of our drinks. We were told to leave and we were understandably pretty disappointed after spending nearly $50 all in total. The gentleman who spoke to us showed now sympathy and was overall pretty rude and very persistent to get us to leave. We walked out soon after.
Friendly staff members, I went with my kids to watch super sonic and the kids loved it. The cinema overall clean and well maintained.nup from me and the kids
Love our local cinema. Great pricing & staff are always friendly. Yes it's an older cinema but it's always clean & for $13 tickets you can't go wrong!
