Reviews
Was a good tenant for over 5 years, however leaving the property was a very unpleasant experience. I had to pay for a cleaner that was unnecessary and also had to reject claims they made about the property which were incorrect. It’s all over now but was not impressed with their treatment / misleading ways.

I have asked several times to provide photo proofs that stone bench top had no stain before we moved to the property, But Gow never provide photo or replied my emails. My intial condition report picked up stain on stone. So I’m still disputing this. GOW forced me to use their cleaner and spent $700 to clean all the dirt which was always in there and now looking deduct another $200 without proofing damages had done by us. I had terrible experience with them pleade stay away from them.

appalling service. rude managers and work or repairs never gets done. properties are poorly managed. renters are made to feel unbelonging while owners are treated like being done a favour. I strongly suggest looking through their bad reviews and giving a good thought before choosing them to manage your property.

Appalling service lack of etiquette and totally contradictory when quoting rates and charges for proposed property management. I have several properties in the city which need management of some integrity and knowledge. Iam in disbelief at the absolute rubbish proffered as expert advice. After the interlude with Gow I started reading some of their reviews, seems I’m not the only person who doesn’t think much of their company. I noted that Gow put responses to reviews and gave themselves 5stars for doing so. Thank goodness I didn’t use them! You don’t have any record of me as I gave you my name obviously you didn’t listen My name is not a you state I see other people who have reviews on this site you have no record of them either. It just bolsters my point.
