Use to enjoy getting my cars washed here, this is my second review. But lately every time I go my car is never cleaned properly, the interior and seats aren’t wiped or vac. This is the inside of my car after their poor service, what a joke this place.

The main man in charge of the car wash couldn't understand English and was Abrupt, My Hiace van wasn't washed properly the roof wash scrubbed the just did it with the hose and a quick lick over with the broom & when I get it home to polish up i look at the roof & there's still dirt on it. No wonder why i do it myself, I'd never go back there again.

They did a poor job. My car was still dirty. I asked for a maxi wash and they did not even wipe the interior. My car disappeared when it was done. I walked out looking for it and asked one of the guys where my car was. It was parked at the back. I asked why wasn't I called and he said I would have been. Advised I was not notified and he treated me like I was a liar and kept arguing with me. Another team member came over after I complained about a mark on my door and he cleaned it. The second team member was polite and helpful. A third team member then parked another car behind mine and proceded to walk off. The second team member asked him if he was notifying owners and he said oh no and was told to. The second team member seemed like he was the only one who knew what he was doing. I will definitely not be returning.

This is the only place we go and get our car washed. The service is good and they always do a good job.

I get my car wash and dry off and the guys do an excellent job every time.
