Very happy with my wash considering the price and quality. I asked for the tyre shine and the top wash which cost $22. Very polite staff. Very fast, didn't take long at all. Will definitely be back.

Freaking 6:45 and close already. Where other imo and on the website is said close 7pm. Better go there early. Lazy stuff taki g easy money.

Absolutely rubbish service , one of the worst car wash , no service , broke my rear bumper and they said we washed 35 million cars every year , never happend .. liers , scumbag imo manager .

I wouldn't recommend this service at all. Paid $20 for the ultimate wash recommended by an employee there on 3SEP2017. Windows were still dirty, tyres were still dirty, damaged plate number (bent) and plate number frame snapped in half! Not impressed at all as my car is only 4 months brand new. Apparently no one is in charge/responsible with customer complaints. No one knows anything which is utter BS and absolutely appalling! One guy spoke very little English which did not help the matter. Customer service was terrible. After revisiting IMO Car Wash the following day (4SEP2017), I managed to get a refund back from the Manager! I won't be using this service ever again, but I appreciate getting my money back even though I requested it on the day it was washed and damaged.

Stay away from this Car wash it's operated by Iraq refugee and they sale drugs and this their methods of washing dirty money  in order to make it  clean money ,they sale all kinds of drugs it's one stop shop for all your drug needs .
Fair Trading just give fine to this car penalty of  $110 000 for  car damage consumer
