I've previously had a good experience with one particular individual, hence why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1, but the customer service at this shop is generally AWFUL. I walked into an EMPTY store with all THREE attendants including the short haired lady with the snarky attitude were all behind the counter looking at something on the computer non work-related. Not one person even looked at me or offered assistance. That's fine, I'll take my money and spend it elsewhere! If the owner reads this, have a look at who was working on 9/1/19 around 3pm and perhaps organise some basic customer retail training. I get better service at McDonald's.

HORRIFIC customer service. I've shopped around at various supplement stores and the prices and customer service at this store is awful to say the least. I've never been treated so poorly in my life! Some of the prices here are 2 x as expensive as ANY other store! The worst part was the attitude and the rude and snarky tone of this middle aged lady with short hair! I will NOT be coming back if that is how she treats customers! I am appalled at her attitude.

I've been there 20 to 30 times over the last 2 years.  Despite one shop attendant who seemed to be having a bad day two years ago, I find the current level of service fantastic.  More importantly they have a fantastic range of healthy products and natural supplements compared to other health food stores on the northside.

The middle aged woman with short hair and a snarky attitude needs to seriously learn some customer service skills. Any question is a bother to her as she makes out like you are getting in her way. I have spent a lot of money in this store and am so disappointed in her ridiculous behaviour. There are other reviews on here commenting on her nasty approach to people. You need to know that your behaviour effects people. We are at a time in society where suicide rates are through the roof and showing a little kindness really goes a long way. If the owner is reading this, please give your staff extra training on how to speak politely to people. They are all lacking compassion & empathy excluding the male that works there - you could all take a leaf out of his book. Let’s hope to god he is the owner or this business will continue to loose customers.

The current staff are super helpful and this store has become my No.1 place to shop for nutritional ingredients, supplements and body care products.. they placed a special order for a specific product they didn't stock just for me.. highly recommend!

Spent a lot of money in this store over time. Got overcharged and awaiting a refund and no one gets back to me. Still no response after several months. Will now spend my $$ elsewhere which is a shame. A pity when you don't look after the goose that lays the golden eggs. Your good customers

I'm surprised that the shop fit-out of Go Vita seems to focus on nutritional supplements when they actually offer quite a wide range of health foods, zero-waste items, beauty products and eco-friendly items that are otherwise missing in Westfield Chermside.  I stop in at Go Vita for 100% recyclable toothbrushes, flour by Bob's Red Mill of which they have plenty of varieties to choose from and to browse their refrigerated food products probiotic foods, vegan cheeses etc..  My gripe with Go Vita Chermside is the completely disinterested staff unless they are hovering to ensure you're not shoplifting.

Apparently it’s ok to treat customers poorly in this store. I was merely smelling deodorants, only to be reprimanded like a criminal by the owner. I then had to prove to her I didn’t open any sealed products. Quite disgusting behaviour. I will not be back.

One of the best store I have visited. Fair price good customer service and staff has quite good knowledge about products. Will visit again.

A great store!Always served by friendly and professional staffs.I find the prices are always very good and even more competitive than those warehouse stores.
