I came into the store with the purpose of getting a bottom navel piercing. The lovely ladies who were working I believe it was Ella and the manager, I think her name was Jordan had a look at the location as you need to have the proper anatomy and were really knowledgeable and deemed the piercing to be inappropriate, as I didn't have enough space and the piercing would reject. Instead, Jordan advised I should get a dermal piercing instead, informed me of the benefits and helped me choose the jewellery. Ella did the piercing and she was fabulous - she was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made me feel really calm and reassured. I have been to many piercing shops in my time, and my experience at Cosmetics Plus has definitely been one of the best so far! I will be returning to this store for future piercings.

Best piercer I've ever been to, staff are very helpful and friendly!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced, to be told once i got there that i could not go in with her due to their Covid restrictions. My daughter is an UNDER AGE MINOR and to be told i cannot go into a small room with her to get a needle is shocking. I can take her to the doctors and be in the same room, i can take her to any other shops and she is with me? My daughter was in tears and was so upset, she was really looking forward to getting her ears pierced. The lady that pierced her ears did not look like she knew what she was doing, she got it stuck multiple times when she pierced BOTH ears and was clearly struggling. Advice to the staff - maybe you should clearly note to the parent when they book that they are unable to be in the same room with their child to be pierced, AND that you do not offer both ears to be pierced at the same time, if i had known this i would have not booked in.

Such an amazing place for piercings. Had a lovely newbie apprentice who did an amazing job, couldn’t be more happy with my new conch piercing. So well taught and thorough with their work. Would highly recommend:

Had a bad experience at skin candy, went in to cosmetics plus, they honestly saved my day and where so so friendly and instantly made me feel less stressed. Ash the manager was 10/10, life saver, and the girl on with her, whom I unfortunately didn’t catch her name was a bloody super star. Will be back here for piercings from now on, thanks again guys

Had my nose pierced here. Availability without an appointment was quite reasonable even for Thursday night. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Price for piercing was $35, i paid for a titanium ring which was an extra $30. Piercing itself was quick and easy, safe and sterile. Had an aftercare sheet given to me after.

My friends and I got pierced by Amelia and we all loved her ! She was so nice and made us all feel really comfortable and calm, and the piercings look great. She’s amazing at what she does :

Went here to get my septum pierced and they did a very good job. The service was great and staff were very professional, polite and informative with the whole procedure. We did have to wait around 30 minutes but it was okay considering we didn't have an appointment, 10/10 would recommend.

I decided to go there to get my helix pierced one afternoon on a whim. I had my ear lobes pierced there 7 years ago and wanted to see if they still did piercings. I read up on some reviews and they seemed pretty good according to them.  So i turned up and asked for it to be done. And within 5 mins someone had me in the piercing room getting it done. The staff were so friendly and made me feel at ease. After explaining the procedure and after care, i got it done and walked out. The whole experience only took me about 15 mins, which is pretty good seeings as i didnt make a booking. The girl, Jazz, told me that if i had any questions, just to call and ask for her.  Its been nearly a week now and the piercing is perfect. No reactions or anything. Best i could have ever hoped for. Definately would reccomend this place to anyone wanting a piercing. Cant give enough credit to the amazing staff!!!
