Went in to buy a shaver comb that stated on their website only available in store. Went in store to ask if they had it and the lady behind the counter looked at me like I was troubling her and simply said 'no'. I then asked if there were any other options and without budging she said 'no'. Didn't offer to look up if the product was available at another store or give any helpful advice. Was a poor experience. A few days later I was at North Lakes Shaver Shop and had a completely different experience. They lady had 1 of the combs I was after but even with the one she did not have she was very friendly and took my name and contact details down to let me know when she gets more in stock. A little helpfulness goes a long way and didn't take more than a minute extra of her time.
had to replace a cable on a new shaver i had only recently bought cause i lost it.. The guys in there didn't even try and talk me in to buying a new one. They pulled out a box of spare cables and sorted it out. Offered to pay and they wouldn't even consider it. Great service.. would highly recommend
Cheats. No manager in store to sort out issues. Staff tried to pass the buck. Too busy to look after existing customers and their issues. Served by Sam who was very ignorant and totally not fit to work in retail. Fobbed us off and was busy looking after new customers. Dont buy from these guys. They will sell you a product but wont help you if it fails. Cheats!!!
Wanted to buy a gift for my partner but I had no clue what’s what. After speaking with the lovely lady working she helped me narrow down to a couple of shavers. She told me exactly how to use those shavers and how to take care of them. The knowledge and customer service I got was fantastic. I Definitely recommend.

Good prices if you shop on the specials Cheapest electric Toothbrush in Qld. Best of all at this shop was the excellent service and attention to detail that these two staff gave out freely. I was quite chuffed to see these guys go the extra lengths to make all the customers in the shop feel special. Note: This is definitely Not the case at some other shops of this chain. I'll only be shopping at this particular shop from now on. Well done Shave Shop Westfield Chermside.
Had no idea what I was looking for. I just told the friendly gentleman who served me that my partner has used the same old cheap trimmer from Woolworths for years now and it was finally time to upgrade. I had no idea there were so many specs and differences between trimmers. Ended up spending $140 after talking for a full 30 minutes about different brands and uses, and then gave it to my partner for his birthday the week after. He loves it! I got him the Wahl brand. Don't ask me what it does because I don't know what half the attachments are, but it's water resistant and he says it's so smooth and nice. So $140 well spent!

The lady staff member was super helpful, she must have spent 20 minutes with me explaining pros and cons and really listening to what I was after and making appropriate suggestions. This is the reason to buy from a store rather than online. SERVICE was outstanding.
