I took my mum into Mecca as she wanted to try some more products that would fit her style  . We were instantly greeted and asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were lovely and were great at helping my mum find products around the store. We left with lots of knowledge and we will definitely be back !

I came in today to look for new foundation as my one is running out, and I was never happy with the colour. The amazing customer service I got today was outstanding! Nothing was too much trouble and the staff member helped me out by trying many different times on my cheek to get a perfect match. I said I was unsure about which one to choose because it will look different out in the daylight light, so she gave me 3 samples to try out. I now know which one is best, so will be back to pick one up. Thank you, I didn’t get her name, but I hope that the store manager knows that this staff member was fantastic anyway

Had THE loveliest assistant today. She knew exactly what I needed and showed me how to apply the products. Being of a mature age I really, really appreciated her help. Sadly I did not get her name but if you ask the staff who was told their eye makeup looked amazing that is her. Thanks ladies xx

Very busy probably due to the great selection of products. We couldn't find anything without asking for help but it was our first time there so unfamiliar with the layout. Staff were helpful and friendly but I noticed they weren't approaching customers to ask if they needed help. Call me old fashioned, but I'm sure some customers would get frustrated and leave before requesting help. My daughter likes the products so we'll be back.

Thanks for the excellent service today at chermside store today. Lovely Sarah helped me to choose the perfect colour of Nars foundation. She was very helpful and patient. Also gave me sample to try at home. Will definitely come back next weekend as well.

I went to the Chermside store this morning to buy a gift for my sons 22 year old girlfriend.  I had the gift idea from him but it was out of stock. I was introduced to a young lady Jade who absolutely exceeded my expectations with her patience, her helpfulness and her genuine desire to help me get what I needed. Once she had got everything together for me she took me to the checkout and knowing my items were a gift offered to gift wrap it for me. That is when Teegan stepped in and being an experienced 'Xmas wrapper' boxed my purchase beautifully. Jade and Teegan really made my day and I felt compelled to really acknowledge these two young ladies. Being in Customer Service myself I really hope these ladies leaders/managers take the time to recognise them and the wonderful attitude they have to helping their customers. Thanks ladies

So I had a problem when I visited the brisbane city store, the girl that served me skincare ‘specialist’ didn’t know what L-ascorbic acid was, let alone what product had it in a serum. So I thought I’ll try another store. Went to the chermside one today and asked for the CT pillow talk crystal dimension eyeliner. Again, girl has never heard of it. And passed me onto someone else who said ‘maybe it hasn’t been released yet? It has been out for at least a month … it’s one thing to not know about basic skincare, but a popular makeup range item? I hear it’s hard to work at Mecca. God only knows why considering the level of knowledge I’ve encountered is through the absolute floor.

I was served by Bre this morning and the experience was great! She showed me multiple options of what I was looking for, let me have a browse and trial colours and then applied the lip liner for me to colour match the option I liked best. She was lovely and super helpful!

I received excellent service today! Jess with the blonde hair and super friendly smile was so helpful and really helped make the whole experience less overwhelming. I was after foundation, concealer and some other small items, and even though I didn't have a large budget she made sure I knew all about the products and how to make the most of them!  I really appreciated all her help today, one of the best shopping experiences I've had

I attended the Chermside store last week with a friend who was visiting from Melbourne. We both have no idea when it comes to make-up or skin care regimes. We were assisted by April. April was an amazing person to deal with, she was very knowledgeable and assisted us with our skin issues. She was very relatable and made us feel comfortable when this is an area we feel the least comfortable. April is a very likeable person and an asset to the Mecca Chermside store. Customer service at her level is very hard to find and I hope that April is recognised for her professional customer service. We will return!
