Tucked away behind the hustle and bustle of Brisbane’s leading food and style precinct, James Street, Gerard’s Bar provides an opportunity for escapism.

A place inspired by the tapas bars found in the back alleys of Barcelona, where friends while away the hours sipping drinks and grazing on charcuterie.

It’s a bar that forgets time and formalities to focus on good food, good drinks and good company.

The menu includes a range of artisan meats and house-made salumi, which guests are invited to select from the bar’s impressive charcuterie cabinet. Award-winning Head Chef Ben Williamson has also crafted a range of vegan and vegetarian provisions.

The drinks list includes wines, sherries, beers, spirits and imported aperitifs, selected to complement and enhance the bar’s food offering.
