Good food but shithouse service. They no speaka the English a too good. And menu says open till 10.30 but they close at a 9.go figure. Please don't try to run a restaurant if you can't even be bothered to stay open till end of service........ And when you do get through to them and place an order they will screw it up anyway. Strike 3 from 3 for me. Will not return. Which is sad because the food was to amazing....

I ordered family size chips and 5 potato cakes, worst food ever, no salt at all, undercooked, gluggy and just horrible. We couldn’t eat it and threw it out. Won’t be returning!

Unclean and dirt place, dont see how it passes health regulations. Been there 3 times; operators handle fish n chips without gloves, work areas and overhead vents appear not to have been cleaned for years, they whipe hands on pants, handle cash, and return to making my order without and hand washing or cleaning. Turns my stomach. Secondly! Not a friendly attitude from owner, once stood at counter for minutes infront of an older man, did not say hello or even acknowledge me, did not serve me, he just kept fiddling with the till. Where has hygiene and customer service gone?

Absolutely appalling service. After originally being told 45mins for delivery and calling after 1hr and 20mins to be told another 30mins. All for 1 pizza and pasta. Pathetic service and when we have kids waiting for dinner it's not something we can accept. To top it off we call to check in and the manager hangs up. The absolute worst customer service and will never order again.

After recently moving to the area we have ordered from georges on s couple of occasions, sadly, each delivery has been very disappointing, we are very close to the store but wait nearly an hour for the food, which would be ok except it arrives cool, chips soggy and on every occasion we have been missing items, very frustrating. It is such a shame and i dont normally bother with reveiws but think they really could be doing so much better but sadly we will not be ordering from them again.
