This company did everything right from start to finish and i would recommend them to anyone at all. They make you feel calm and contented with using them to finish off the deceased Love ones time on this earth with meaning and caring attitudes and its up to you what you want at the service. There is more than enough genuine caring and feelings from all the staff at first meetings right to the last meeting. Ours worked out as perfect as a funeral can work out but it doesnt have to be a sad occassion at all.
My husband's FIL passed away suddenly and the family came together with Rebecca from Gatton Laidley Lowood Funerals. In the middle of what is an anxious and upsetting time, Rebecca was there to make it just that bit easier. Her care and attention was impeccable and felt familiar without impacting on the family. The personal attention you gave, the assistance to the family and answering everything in a prompt and professional as well as caring manner helped us to make decisions when everything seemed overwhelming! Thank you so much for your efforts Rebecca and Bernadette. It was great to know he received the best care and attention possible!
