Rebekah and Jannene looked after us in planning our Dads funeral. After the funeral my sisters and I chatted with mum and we all agreed how beautiful they were. Arranging a funeral is so confronting, so many emotions and much confusion. The staff at Sylvan Funerals were at all times kind and caring , they explained everything so clearly and with so much patience and understanding. They made a difficult time bearable. Gaylene conducted Dad's service and it was beautiful. She had listened to our stories of Dad's life and wove that knowledge into the service with ease and beauty. Gaylene and Helen were incredibly respectful of our Dad and his family at all times. Thank you to all staff at Sylvan Funerals for making this day so special for us. I cannot express how grateful my family and I are to have used Sylvan funerals. The family were so understanding, compassionate, and listened to what we wanted, and provided a service that almost seemed like Gaylene was a part of the family. She understood what we wanted and expressed it so well through the service...I couldn't recommend them enough...my words here don't even come close to adequately describing how much I appreciated their efforts.
