When my father passed away in July 2017, my dealings with Julian from Premier Funerals was nothing short of compassionate, empathetic and absolutely amazing. Julian and Premier Funerals came into our lives at one of the worse times of our lives, and made the process so easy and understandable. Julian and the staff truly went above and beyond. Nothing was too much and he kept us well informed about what was happening and what needed to be done, which was really helpful when you aren’t really thinking very straight. He was so approachable. I will forever be thankful to him. Julian was truly amazing and I will never forget what he did for our family. Thank you so much again Julian.

Julian and his team have been nothing short of patient, kind and amazing. Our Granny was very well taken care of and the whole experience from beginning to end has been smooth (even with all the many family requests and rush in timing). We would highly recommend them to those who are seeking their services. Highly professional, Extremely attentive and kind. Service was without fault and their attention to detail was perfect. We thank you Julian and Debb for making a difficult time so much more bearable and easy.

Julian and the team from Premier Funerals have come into our lives at such a difficult time for our family. They have provided us with outstanding assistance, compassion, love, respect and understanding. Julian was very reassuring and took care of everything. The respect they showed for our late father is something we will always remember. Thank you.

I am a Funeral Celebrant and work alongside Julian from Premier Funerals at Oxley in Queensland. I have always found Julian and his associates to be very professional in preparing the Funeral Service venue – be it Chapel and / or Graveside – and providing the necessary prior to, during and after Service attention to the grieving family. I have spoken to a number of Julian’s clients during my preparation time for the actual Service and have received post-Service feedback. The feedback endorses my sentiments: All the clients commented that they were extremely satisfied with the service of Premier Funerals and found Julian to be caring, helpful and compassionate – organising the Funeral with a minimum of fuss. Julian was calm and friendly and gave them reassurance and support guiding them through each step of the process. He offered a number of choices, however, did not apply pressure for any of the options offered – the choice remains with the client. Julian’s knowledge and communication is first class. Very professional, understanding, and sensitive to culture. I found Julian from Premier Funerals to be very professional, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process of organising a funeral. He was there every step of the way, through a difficult process, and assisted me with any questions or issues I had. Julian was also very knowledgeable and sensitive to our culture and understood my family's needs. He also ensured the service ran as smoothly as possible, and I can't thank him enough.
