When our father died recently there was no other funeral director we were going to go to. Burstows showed us compassion from the very beginning. They were caring, professional, courteous and I cannot recommend them enough. Iain was absolutely amazing.
Our family recently lost our father. From the first phone call,Burstows looked after every detail and patiently walked us through all the processes. Their experience was evident, as was their commitment to our family. It was reassuring and comforting to know they were walking this journey with us. We highly recommend them in your time of sorrow and loss.
Burstow funerals services I have rated 5 star's which I would never do, but for me on the saddest day of my life Burstow funerals helped in giving my son the most beautiful service that I have ever experienced, I felt at peace in saying goodbye. Thank you Scott and your team.

In one of the hardest times of our lives, Burstows really took the weight off our shoulders and made the whole process so much easier. Every phone call, every interaction was more than just a simple conservation - but the way you guys really showed compassion helped us get through the grieving process. Also, a huge thank you and job well done to the team who got mum ready for her viewing the day before the funeral - we were blown away on how our mum looked, she looked exactly like she did in her prime - so beautiful - it was our mum! Thank you! The day of the funeral itself was just so phenomenally amazing and beautiful, it was perfect - There is nothing worse than losing someone you love - but words cannot express how thankful we are - this is truely something we will cherish for a lifetime - the impact you have made in our lives is unbelievable. We recently lost a loved one aunty Selma and we decided to ask Burstows to help us organise the funeral. From the beginning until the end Louisa helped us through everything. Louisa was very compassionate and caring and gave us the time we needed. Louisa made everything easier for us at this difficult time. I totally recommend Burstows for compassion. Di and Karen.
Good Morning Burstows Funeral, I would like to compliment your professional services from start to end of our experience, from the moment we parked our car to the end of our Mums service Sharyn was just incredible, she is such a caring person when family are dealing with a loved ones dying. Margie the celebrant was also so caring and engaging with our family. I can only express my gratitude to Burstows for such a wonderful celebration of Mums day. I would recommend everyone to use this service.
The use of the Reflection Lounge for the intimate family ceremony was such a beautiful suggestion by Trevor. In a private safe place we cried, we laughed and we reflected on the wonderful life we had shared. As I drove home I saw the autumn leaves and felt at peace.
Have to say that Kelly was wonderful with her guiding us along the way with preparing our memorial service for our Dad. We were able to do it our way. Thank you for accommodating all the ideas we had. Many who streamed it were happy to be part of it too. My only tip might be that when you collect someone from their home a nice touch would be that you pull the bed up and place a rose/flower on it. That is what happened when our mother died in our home.
I've been to few funerals here now. Each time Burstows have been respectful, professional and easy to deal with. I have been here as the immediate family, and in support of friends. I would have no problem in recommending Burstows should you need their services.
Thankyou to all the staff but especially Shayne at Burstows for his care and help with our mother’s funeral. Our extended family noticed the professional respect and care shown at her funeral several weeks ago. Thanks for providing a funeral service that enabled us to enjoy the celebration of our mother’s life. Everything was presented so beautifully.
