We were completely impressed with the professionalism & customer service of the team. Having recently completed our 12 month+ Built with GJ we are very happy with the final product. I won’t say it was a completely smooth process. We definitely had a few hiccups along the way as to be expected in the current market but nothing was too hard for the GJ Team. The level of communication received was exactly what was needed. Enquiries were always answered promptly & the issues that did arise were always presented with a solution ready to go. Special shout out to John who always went above and beyond. His attention to detail & positive outlook has been a highlight over the last 12 months. We cannot thank you enough for all the small things you did that really completed our new home.
As a first home builder, Mark, John and Anna provide comprehensive information so that I can build the house swiftly without any hiccups. I was guided well and was kept well informed during the building process. I guess if you have clear in mind of what you want without the need to make unnecessary alterations, GJ is definitely the way to go for efficient building process. Moreover, they use good quality building material which is money well spent. I strongly recommend GJ if you are novice in building houses.
Erin, John and the team at GJ were fantastic. Consistent, honest and reliable information and updates from initial consult all the way through to hand over. Erin, was amazing she was the first person we spoke to and kept up engaged the whole time. Really quick to answer emails and phone calls - truly fantastic customer service. The whole process from initial email negotiating through to handover took about 14 months. We are so happy with our new home. Quality products and finishes throughout. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed. Brilliant.
We recently built a beautiful home with GJ Gardener Homes and we’ve had a great experience. Building can be quite stressful however Erin and John made this process so easy and stress free. Any concerns or enquires were managed in a timely manner. Communication was great as they would always update on every process of the build and ensure we were happy throughout. We had a great experience building with G J Gardener Cairns. Mark, John, Tayla and the extended team were all so professional to deal with. We were reluctant to build again as we had a not so nice experience with another builder previously. We put our trust in these guys and they definately gave us a beautiful home. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze and we were always updated throughout the build. The finish product was of great quality and we were very happy with how everything turned out. We would definately build with them again.
We had never built a house before and whilst it is potentially a daunting process, the wonderful team at G.J. Gardner Homes - Cairns made the entire process seem so easy. Our first introduction to G.J. Gardner Homes was via Erin Schipanski New Home Sales Consultant at their display home located at Trinity Beach. Erin was fantastic and talked us through the entire building process from start to finish and easily answered all of our questions. Erin also acted as our intermediary with the in-house design team and helped us to settle on a customised design within the Edgewater range. Tayla Chapman Design Consultant guided us in choosing all the colours and fixtures. Tayla's advice and knowledge was invaluable during this process, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Last but not least was John Evans our project manager. John did an incredible job of managing all the trades during construction and his eye for detail was instrumental in delivering us, such a high-quality home. As we lived 5 1/2 hours away from Cairns - John and the team, kept us up to date with the build progress at every step of the way via emails, photos and phone calls. During our onsite visits, John would walk us through both what had transpired during our last visit and also what was due to occur during the next phase of construction. If you are looking to build in Cairns, we could not recommend G.J. Gardner Homes highly enough. A huge thank you to the entire team at G.J. Gardner Homes - Cairns for delivering our "forever home".
Great communication great service Happy with my build Have built before in Melbourne although not a great experience then. Would not hesitate to use GJ again John Tayla and Mark are champs Jason the owner is also great as is Brydie My requirements were a little out of the ordinary with an oversized and high roof garage and the company delivered exactly what I requested. I am very happy with my build even with a couple of little teething problems that were rectified promptly After 3 months in my home the communication with this company is still outstanding.. From our initial meeting with Erin we knew we had chosen the right company to build our house. Erin assisted us with all the initial steps to get the build started. Our Project manager John was fantastic keeping us in the loop on all progress on the build. The whole GJ Gardner team of trades respectfully worked together to complete our beautiful home on time, we can highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to build. This company is an absolute gem in Cairns regions. Finished the house 2 months before due date, always easy to reach and happy to fix any issues during the construction. Having dealt with another construction company in the area who claim to be a big franchise business worst experience ever, I would recommend to go with GJ if you are thinking of building house in cairns region.
A google review is only a very small insight into our wonderful experience with Gj Gardner Cairns. From the very beginning, our interactions Erin, John, Anna and the Gj Team were always highly professional, informative and patient. Whilst our house may be considered a smaller project for Gj, we were never made to feel like we were less- important. Communication was always prompt which made the experience seamless. We are now enjoying our beautiful home and have the wonderful team at Gj Gardner Cairns to thank for it. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning to build in Cairns!
