Cougar Homes are an absolute joke. They built a house next door to me and damaged my fence about 4 months ago. Causing nearly $1000 worth of damage. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, no one ever called me back or did anything about it. I am disgusted that they at least didn’t apologies or communicate with me at all and left me with a bill for $1000, so thanks a lot for that Cougar Homes.. !! Who knows how they would treat their customers... I would strongly recommend another builder based on this dealing.

As a business owner & subcontractor to cougar homes. I'm always impressed with the quality of works they want done, not just the quantity of work done. One of the only big builders left in Cains that hasn't cut contractor cost & on quality in a changing & challenging market place. That's saying something, quality of profit. Very rare in our industry. That's why I have given them 5 stars. I see the fine detail that goes in to these homes & it's good. (I wasn't asked to give a review, I did it on my own. based on what I see, quality without compromise)
