I had my brows feathered by the amazing Cris and I absolutely LOVE them! She totally heard and understood what I wanted and I am in love with my new brows, so excited to have the second follow up appointment! I was treated to a tea while I waited for the numbing cream to take effect and it was so nice to be looked after. So easy to book too! Thank you for giving me amazing brows! xoxo

Have been going there for haircuts for a wee while and while these are very expensive I have never had a problem. A couple of weeks ago I decided to book in for my second ever eyebrow shape. The lady who did my eyebrows was extremely rude and told me my face would look "much better" if i was to get brow tattooing and get my lips done... Very unprofessional and inappropriate...

Don't think I will be going back to the Takapuna location. Went in for a balayage and cut. The cut is nice however my hair is only balayaged in the back giving it a somewhat skunk appearance. When shown the final product after cut and rinse, I was shown what it looked like from the back then rushed out as there was a que waiting to have their hair done. Overall not that great of an experience. For me it was the first time ever dying my hair. I would definately advise others to look at more professional places for their first time.
