MANUKAU - No stars. I went in Friday 1st December for lash infills. I asked for singles because I like the natural long look, she went ahead and did a mix of both singles and flares and said its to fill in gaps, but all I was after was length. My usual lash salon use only singles, I don't know why this woman had such difficulty listening to what I wanted. She used cello tape to hold down my bottom lashes instead of the normal pads that other salons use. I paid $60 for that poor service and I feel it was worth $10 especially since the lashes started coming off once I got home and by Monday I had no lash extensions on at all. I paid $60 for an over done extra look that lasted 3 days. Not what I was after at all. No one should get their lashes done here. I do not recommend this place at all.

The room was filthy. The wax pots were shockingly filthy. I got the impression that the Man who runs the show there is rude to his female employees. I'm actually contemplating reporting this place to the authorities. As for the wax job. terrible. I left with wax all over my legs. I still had hair all around my ankles and my knees were not even waxed even though I had a half leg wax. It was such a BAD experience and I was the first appointment for the day. Never again.

Terrible service for the amount they charged. This is not the first time I have found their hairstylists don’t know what they are doing. I ended up using their second franchise on the main road of the mall, and my half foils ended up looking like my head was coloured like a bowl cut at the top and my natural hair colour at the bottom. I would not even give them one star but technology won’t allow it. Don’t recommend using Kess or Pretty (their second franshice on the main road).

I have been going regularly for several months to get eyebrows threaded.  I have been very happy with the outcome and the staff have always been very friendly.

Completely messed up my eyebrows, uneven and when questioned she asked what my problem was, um they're uneven?? So so bad DON'T GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE.
