I've had my roots bleached here and had my hair cut 3 times and they were very kind and accommodating.

Worst cut and colour I have ever had,  I came out looking like Morticia from Adams Family.  I think the staff need some up to date training on colour application.  I voiced my concerns soon after she first started applying colour..... I could tell straight away that she had no clue.  The cut was just as clumsey as the colour. She didnt even trim the front ( the dry ends that needed cutting were not even trimmed,  she started drying and curling before she even completed cutting).  I left in tears!   They didn't seem to care and still charged the full amount!
