Disappointing experience. I was not told how to properly operate the lights in the float pod and as a result, did not benefit of the experience, spending an hour contemplating a spot of dirt and staining around the edges of the pod. The staff were unhelpful when I told them, simply saying "oh, too bad". The hairbrushes in the "powder room" (actually a glorified toilet) were filled with hair and the makeup old and gross. I got zero response to my emailed feedback. They just don't seem to care. Will not go back and will certainly warn friends to stay away.

Had an awesome first time. Very peaceful and calm atmosphere.  The staff is very professional and kind.
