Great service at Luxe. Very professional and well organised place. Friendly and cooperative staff who are willing to customise their services based on your needs. Have been a regular at Luxe and have always had a great experience.

I got a gel shellac done here and within 1 day, they had started to chip. 6 days later, 90% of my nails have chipped. The shellac was thin and was put on unevenly.  The appointment also took 1 hour 10 mins which it should typically take 45 minutes. The staff were very nice but 2 different ladies did my nails because they had mucked up the appointments.

They were wonderful! I just went in, and asked if they would be able to have me do a couple of different treatments, and they were able to squeeze a total of three things for me the same day (and they did also have other customers). All treatments were done well and professionally, definitely gonna go back.

Amazing cleansing facial & full body massage. Facial was one of the best i've had and my skin felt soft, lush, and so so clean... very friendly & nice quiet atmosphere. Great value for money. Massage was really nice especially because i was 30weeks pregnant & my body doesnt ache anymore. I will be back for sure. Thank you
