Terrible Customer Service experience!!!!!!!! I understand that you don't stock all Jane Iredale products however, the receptionist wasn't too happy when she had to order the Corrective Colors for me. When I came in to pick up the item and checked whether they have the "highlighter pencils" she just said "no we don't have them". Maybe Sento management should consider re-training their staff.

Although the staff are very friendly and professional, I feel like I was mislead about the pricing and am not overly satisfied with the result. Firstly, when I booked, I told them I had a 20% off voucher which I received in the mail and was told a specific price. Then when I went to pay, I was suddenly paying more than the original treatment even with the 20% off. I asked for an explanation and was told that my normal treatment is grouped together so costs less than the two separate treatments, but I was only able to use the 20% off paying for them separately. If this was the case, they should have told me this to start with or honoured the original price. I brought this up with them twice and they did not even apologise for the misunderstanding or misinformation. Additionally, as part of my treatment, I had my legs waxed and my legs are not smooth. It feels as though I have most of the hairs still remaining and I will need to shave only a couple of days afterwards. I don't intend to go back there.
