Terrible! I apparently had the most experienced stylist. He cut my hair. After he had finished I ask him to make it shorter at the crown as I instructed at the beginning. He told me wait until he blow waved it before I asked him to do this because hair bounces up when dry (becomes a bit shorter). I told him that Ive known my own hair for over 40 years and it will need to be shorter at the crown. He insisted and ignored me. After he dried it I told him "As I knew.....its too long at the crown, please shorten it". He floated off to the basin area and started bitching about me to one of his female colleagues. In the mirror I could see them both staring directly and at me and talking. When I physically turned around in my chair and looked back directly at them they didn't even break their stare for about a 2 minutes! They were giggling and smiling and rolling their eyes. I felt really bullied, picked on and humiliated. It was so disgusting and rude. He eventually came back and shortened the area in a rush. I left feeling really low and awful and unwanted. Its a pity there isn't 0 stars because that's what is supposed hairdresser deserves.

Honestly will never be returning here. My partner spent thr day spoiling me so we went here it was a walk in beacuse they weren't that busy and he paid $195 for me to get an ombre done and I swear that I could have done a better job using box dye!!! I was angry when I got home but they came up w reasons not to fix it ir give my minry back. It was like black hair up top and then a strong bright (almost white) blonde at the bottom. An ombre should be blended kind of like a fade but this was nothing like it! It was line a line zzzzz never again! The cut I got was worse. AND there were two people dying my hair which made it look ridiculously ugly!!

Showed the lady how I wanted my hair to be with so many pictures that I had saved onto my phone she said we can do that and seemed like she had no problem with turning my hair into the colour I wanted to go for. After hours and hours I realised she was blow drying it and I was denying myself thinking she's going to still keep on going to get it to the colour I clearly wanted and that this was not the end result. To my disappointment it was. It was left in a much more poorer colour condition with rusty brown/orange patches randomly all over my hair. I was in such shock and clearly confronted her nicely about me not being happy with the colour of it as it is nowhere as close to how I wanted it, with an excuse that my natural hair colour is too "dark" and thus it won't work, which I know for a matter of fact is not true as my own friend has done hers before and she has got her colour similar to how I wanted mine to be starting off with a medium brown which is close to my natural colour. Both my friends and family were really disappointed telling me it looks rough and looked much better before which sadly I have to agree with. The salon let me leave with the colour I was definitely not happy with. Second time trying to get my hair to the colour I want and yet my experience with hair salons keep rolling down the hill. Hopefully I can get it to the colour I want or at least my money back because this is definitely not okay. Have spent over $500 on something that I do not want. Not only is it for the money but also i do not want to keep damaging my hair for something that I am NOT happy with at all.

I was very disappointed with my half head of foils as one week after just having them done, they were stripy and a dark brown patch still ran down my middle parting. I emailed them to kindly ask if i could get them redone, but to no avail. I highly do not recommend this salon.
