Truly the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. Numerous things went wrong - a junior being trusted with my hair without them telling me she was inexperienced, multiple foil bleeds, they didn't tone it, they cut it extremely unevenly, left the foils in for far too long. Just about everything they could have messed up, they did. It's been about 2 months, and my hair is in terrible condition because it just keeps snapping and falling out. I have almost waist length hair, and it is going to take ages for all of the damage they have done to grow out. I gave them a chance to fix it, they didn't. Save your money and your hair and go else where! If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. They don't deserve any.
