I went to LAN for hair straightening about two months ago. I have previously done rebounding and keratin straightening both in Asia and NewZealand. When I went for my consultation session to LAN about a year ago they have asked me not to do straightening as I had keratin on and they did not want to damage my hair. I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty . I waited a year and went to consultation again. They have spend so much time informing me about my hair condition and how straightening on top of keratin might damage my hair for the second time. After so much consultation, we have decided to proceed with straightening. They have done such a wonderful job on making sure my hair would not damage and I love the result. Now after about two months I am still happy with the result and definitely will be back to LAN for retouching my roots. Thank you LAN.
I've been going to LAN's for years to get my hair straightening treatments. Love the service and the little touches that make every visit relaxing and friendly. While language for the odd stylists is difficult, the smiles, laughter and help from other team members, makes it all work. Definitely worth a visit.Service: Hair straightening

I have been going to this Salon for years now to get my hair chemically straightened. I travel from Whangarei to Newmarket as I enjoy the service they provide. All of the staff are professional, polite and kind. I will continue to use them to get my hair chemically straightened and highly recommend them to others.Service: Hair straightening

The poor hairdresser is pressured by the owner reception lady , cant talk to client much and pressured to shorten the booked time way ahead, so he had to rush to cut.. my fringe was joked by my lawyer colleagues..
