Went to Anzac avenue branch. Not the best job with waxing. Got arm and leg waxing done. Have had skin peel off.. Very painful too..  Not going again.

AND next day i see that my arm has red swollen patches which burns like hell. Really!!

Horrific!! Worst lash experience I have ever had. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!! 
The girl did not ask me what I wanted whatsoever and did not listen to me when I tried to explain what I wanted, just made me lay down and made assumptions. She hurt me, she was very rough and careless. Made no effort to apologise and my lashes turned out the exact opposite of what I wanted. Now I have to go and get them re done elsewhere. Avoid!!!

I went for hair colouring and waxing done. Amy did fantastic job done my Brazilian and armpits waxing with least amount of pain and time prob in 5-10 mins.  I’ve got my bestiary hombre hair colouring done by a male hairdresser and it turned out perfectly now my colleagues ask me for his contact details for booking ..

Seriously DO NOT go to this place. It actually needs to be shut down. This people have no clue about what they are doing. They are not professionals DO NOT TRUST THEM. This girl distroyed my eyebrows! When I told her it was bad she somehow managed for it to be my fault.

Emmy is definitely the best eyelash technician I've had! She's very profession and very knowledgeable in her field, and will give you honest advice about what type of lashes, length, curl etc. to go for depending on what look you want to go for. Emmy is also a very lovely, friendly person who is easy to chat to. She's also very quick but so accurate, so she's definitely the lady to go to if you're in a hurry or only have a short lunch break! Even my friends have previously commented on how good my lashes look when Emmy has applied them compared to other technicians I've had previously, plus the lashes seem to last longer than when other technicians have applied them! I've had so many strangers stop to tell me how lucky I am to have such amazing eyelashes and they've all been so shocked when I've told them that they are actually eyelash extensions! Charmzone Beauty is also very conveniently located in a central spot in the city! I would definitely highly recommend Emmy to anyone considering having eyelash extensions!
