I had booked a birthday party and they lost the form I signed, claimed we didn't pay and booked the hall for someone else. 1 week away from the party and having to desperately find a new location. Very rude and unorganised staff.
If I could I would give them zero stars, some of the rudest and most obnoxious people I have ever met. They treat their own customers as peasants, definitely DO NOT recommend this place as it is also overpriced for the second grade premises's avaliable
Absolute worst experience with these people. I do not recommend this place.
