This is the most terrible post office I have ever been in. I booked appointment 3times with them to lodge my passport application. Every time they had an excuse that can't do the job. On top of all, their behavior is not respectfull at all and customer service and satisfaction means nothing to them. They wasted heaps of my time

Literally the worst service and post office I have ever been to. Dealt with Weila who didn't put the bubble wrap through and didn't package my parcel properly. When I asked if the registered express delivery included insurance for loss or damage, it took 8 minutes and repeated questioning to ascertain that it does not.

I sent a package recently and it showed that it has gone to distribution and then back to this post office. 2 days after receiving a notification, I tracked it using the number I was given. It took them so long to find it. Records all over the place. Heaps of my time was wasted.

The worst service I’ve ever received in any post offices. I was there for my kid’s passport photo. The staff who served us was very impatient. Will not go again.
