People I pick up the mail from are always lovely and prompt. But screw delivery, seriously, if I had a penny for every time I was waiting at home for the package and NEVER GOT A CALL and had my package redirected for NO REASON. Today was really the last straw considering I was HOME ALL DAY isolating with COVID and really needed my item. I waited all day, not a single call and then a notification that delivery was attempted at 1pm while I was eating lunch at home and that my item had been sent to Mount Waverly. Since I'll be sick and isolating for longer how will I get what I really need now?!
I had ordered something from THE ICONIC which was to be delivered by AusPost And was supposed to recurve it via Express Delivery which was due on 1-Dec 2022 So when I was checking the app for my order status , it says that my order is being sent back to the sender coz “attempted delivery - receiver not known at address” What I feel is either the delivery driver is lying , or Auspost is messing around Because I was at home the whole day just to receive this parcel. And how does it still say that it was an attempted delivery coz the postie didn’t knock the door nor did ring the bell or gave a call On arrival This is pure negligence , very very poor service
Not happy with the way they work! I needed an item to be delivered to my door but instead has been taken to the office whereas usually other deliveries put it somewhere safe at my door, because i won’t be able to get my item back from the office as they open very late 10 Am which i’m at work and closes at 6 pm which i won’t be able to reach it. :
Our local parcel delivery driver has almost become a family friend he is here so often. He's brillant. Also I picked up a parcel today from the notting hill ctre. Communication was top notch. The parcel contained expensive wine and I was anxious about it as I was overseas when it was sent to me. Picked it up today no problems and the staff was very friendly. Thanks.
Aupost is a trash.The driver never attemp to deliver just throw it to the office and make you collect it yourself! I will never use it if I have another choice! The office is open during the day on weekdays and I have to work on weekdays. I can never pick up my parcel forever!!!!!!
Lucelle that works here needs to learn how to not be harsh to the new trainee staff and is quite rude. Obviously the trainee is meant to be learning, but there she is having a go at them in front of customers. Poor behaviour right there. Vivian on the other hand is extremely sweet and the type of person you'd want dealing with you.
Poor pick up times. Delivered when I wasn't home so did not leave goods couldn't pick up till 4.30pm next day. Driver carried goods around with him for 26 hours. Told I couldn't pick up any earlier and from a post office not in my area. Pathetic service.
Very bad experience! Got a message telling me that no one was home when parcel was being delivered and for me to pick it up. Three people from my household were home the ENTIRE day and NO ONE rang the door bell. Why am I paying for delivery when I need to pick things up! Ridiculous!!!
Lost the second package of a delivery. They do not inform you that it is lost until you have to follow it up extensively. The first half came fine, after a week of waiting for the second part, I reached out to AusPost and was told to sit tight. Had a driver rock up today and tell me it was lost. Live chat rep said that it had a damaged label but should've been delivered, and then another rep said that it was delivered to the wrong address and now I'll have to contact the seller for a replacement. It seems it's the recipients responsibility to follow up these missing packages and they don't bother to let you know of any investigation updates unless you enquire. They make sure to waste as much of your time as possible. Update: Have just been informed that now I need to wait for a rep to confirm that the package is lost even though I've just been told they've known this to be the case since the delivery of the first package. So now I have to wait an additional 15 days for AusPost to do that before the replacement unit can even be issued by the seller, and then wait for AusPost to take their sweet time sending the replacement. Keeping in mind the possibility they might lose another huge box with $800 contents again. What a joke.
Note: This is not about the Business Center itself. The service is fine whenever I have to pick something up. It's about AusPost drivers not knocking or ringing the bell for deliveries. Multiple times I was at home waiting for delivery and always ended up receiving a note to pick up myself. Drivers never bother knocking. Today I heard the driver walked up to my front porch while I was inside. Ran to the door only to find the pickup note and the AusPost van driving away. If only the delivery was as fast as drivers sprinting back to their van. What am I paying for then? It's also unfair to the businesses who no doubt have had to deal with delivery complaints because of this.
