I have been collected my parcels a few times. I have no issue with the services. It's pretty fast and straightforward. Thank you for great support.
There was a long queue to collect the parcel, but the waiting area is outdoors under cover, so it's out of the sun. The postal workers were kind, friendly, and helpful despite having a constant queue of people to attend to. I was a bit nervous to come collect my parcel from here due to the other reviews, but upon closer inspection, it looks like most of the negative reviews of this centre are complaining about having to come and collect their parcel in the first place, which is not the fault of the collection centre.
shame on you AU POST. Deliver never knock the door, no phone call, only left a message saying the parcel will be delivered to post office. I press the button of “drop the parcel on the front porch” because I hope you can drop it there. However, it seems that you can’t read ENGLISH. Same situation happened twice. I’ll never use any delivery service related to you anymore.nnSome suggestion for you. If you do not like to deliver the parcel to your client, why you need that stupid van filled with parcels that won’t be delivered and have it circling around the community? It is the worst and most embarrassing show I have ever seen. You can just leave those parcels in your post office and order your clients to collect by themselves. I strongly believe that people will be sincerely grateful for your kindness and condescension.
Very helpful staff members. Collected an international parcel from the business hub which was tempered with and its goods missing. Immediately notified staff who handed me the parcel. Staff helped contact austpost customer service hotline as their computer system had some issues logging in. Austpost customer service line was extremely helpful with assisting me in lodging a missing or stolen parcel incident report. I was on hold for quite a long time and decided to hang up the post office phone. When I got home I received a call from the customer service due to being disconnected. Best customer service. I was able to lodge a case with them for investigation and compensation. Love Austpost!
Very promptly attended to by a staff member. Verified my id & went looking for my parcel. Took a couple of minutes to find it & handed it to me.nnVery quick, very professional!
