Lady was very nice and friendly. I had my hair cut short and asked for a fringe to be cut. Result was ok, it's a basic bob cut with no layering at all and the ends are finished a bit rough, which would be the reason why my hair doesn't sit in its shape after being moved. The previous hairdresser I went to took more care in the layering/shaping of the bob. 
Good if you just want a trim/shortened, but you don't get much else than that.
