Went in to buy hair care product. The staff member - receptionist? - was clueless re product and instead of admitting it, she continued showing me products that were not what I had asked for. I asked to speak with someone who knew the products and the ranges. After a bit of a wait, another staff member emerged from the salon. Basic product knowledge, however unable to answer a simple question without trying to upsell. A lacklustre performance from Rodney Wayne. I only went back to buy the product because the other 3 salons in the shopping centre did not stock that brand. I would not go back.

I want to Have a ombre , and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome and service ! Shirin did a perfect job, even though she was bit busy with the but still gave a good customer service and best hair cut i eva had. She make you fee so comfortable, my new hair dresser

This is the second time I have had my hair cut at Pakuranga Rodney Wayne and both times I walked out very happy with how I was treated and the end result. A different hairstylist each time but they were both very professional and highly skilled in my opinion. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great service, worth a visit. Thanks for the great do!

Disrespectful and clearly inexperienced. They used to be good. I would HIGHLY not recommend.
