Absolutely rude customer service, sat down with my 2 year old and the hairstylist came after a few minutes speaking arrogantly that they don't do children's cuts, even though the sign clearly says 1-4yrs with the price. Took my kids here. They charged me more than what was specified on the price list. When I queried it, the woman said their hair was long. No way! They both have short hair and they were just getting their usual trim. Did not want to argue with them in front of my kids so we left.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

DO NOT go there cos you will 100% regret it. The Chinese lady was awful. The lady tried to blame the customer on her poor cutting skills. She was so rude and has no taste of hairstyles. The worst experience ever!!!

Worst Customer service from this place. The Chinese lady working there was Rude and very unprofessional. One lady customer walked out when i was there. No surprise to me at all! She was on time for her appointment but no one knew where her hair dresser was. She was asked to keep waiting  The lady was so angry with their rude reply and walked out.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

alright so a couple things to say about this place. I got a trim and layering, the hair cut wasn't that bad but the lady that did it was quite rude and unhelpful. For example multiple times during the process she told me my hair was dry and so I asked for a product she could recommend but she remained silent even though I repeated the question multiple times. although she had no issue hearing other things. 2. the place was really dirty. there were clippings all over the table, that I was at, there was hair all over the floor, and the people who i assume were supposed to be cleaning were on their phones. the hair brushes also had hair in them which leads me on to my last point. 3. Honestly I'm a little afraid this place gave me knits. My head has been itchy ever since I left. would not recommend because even though I like my hair she took WAY more than intended off and was overall sloppy with her work.

I had a walk in hair cut yesterday, I was very happy to get in right away, the Indian lady was great, she tidied my hair up as it was pretty straggley, had been 6months or so since my last cut. She listened and did exactly what I wanted, she was friendly as well. Also the cut was super cheap at $35  thank youService:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I went for a hair cut On Monday. My hair was long. I asked for shoulder length and trim. The Chinese lady did my hair. My hair she did was very very short which I can’t even tie. It’s very disappointing and my hair is not even properly cut from the side. It’s very upsetting. Am not sure if she was experienced hair dresser. I went there for the first time. Never coming back. So I went in here tonight and said not too much, and indicated about an inch off with my fingers. I did not expect to walk out so disgusted that I am now considering either shaving my head or getting extensions as it is awful. 5-6 inches off is not a trim. My hair was down to the base of my back and is now shoulder length. The south african woman with golden hair laughed at me when I made a comment saying "its still long!" like yeah no its not at all what I asked for, and she laughed throughout saying "Your hair is so long i flicked it in your eye" Not only that but she closed the shop early, at 6pm on Thursday late night and I heard her meeting up with the other hair dresser who left before this. Other customers came in during my cut and she refused them saying she was "fully booked". When I tried to go back and say something the place was already closed. And it doesn't end there, they quoted me around 70 initially but charged me 110 for a god awful bowl cut and laughed in my face when I was shocked about it.
