Absolutely loved the staff, environment, consultancy,service coffee and sweet treats. Lots if guidance for both short term and long term great hair care and loved the CREATIVE COLOUR process and results.

Honestly could not recommend somewhere better. If I could give 12 stars, I would. Absolutely outstanding service from these ladies. Kara did an incredible job fixing my hair which I had coloured at another Vivo salon that I won't mention. I had brought a new client full head foil package online for $200. Kara re-done my hair at no charge due to the mess the last salon made. This would have cost HUNDREDS had I had to pay for it. The outcome is incredible, I am so in love with my hair now. Thank you so much i am looking forward to seeing you again soon!!!! Highly, highly recommended!!

They were helpful on thr phone and understanding when I was delayed. Alicia did a really great job on my kerasilk treatment, my hair feels great. Nice salon I had a relaxing time. Recommended.
