DO NOT GO HERE! totally unskilled staff,$27 is their chepaest cut and is way overpriced for the amount of effort put into your cut. They don't use razor blades or electric razors so they can't box in or tidy up your hair edges/line. Told the lady repedildy not too short on the top and she kept on going shorter till I told her to stop. Fade work on the sides is very very average, its like getting a hair cut from your mum when you were kid, their staff are useless, all old and stubborn. Don't listen to customer requests and refused or are not skilled enough to cut the style I asked if they could do before I even sat down. They lied and took my money. RIP OFF!!

I went here, specifically said over and over again that I don't want my hair cut too short, and what do they do? They cut it the shortest I have ever had. They only stopped when I started nearly yelling "STOP IT'S WAY TOO SHORT ALREADY". The manager wouldn't even speak to me about it. All she said was "Oh no I'm too busy". And the worst part? I'm not the only one. Three of my friends also had their hair ruined here. Tbh this store deserves negative stars. My advice? DON'T COME HERE FOR YOUR HAIRCUT.

I went for a trim one time. My hair was short. Just touching above shoulders. Lady did not spray my hair to wet it. She cut it dry. It was not checked to see if it was even. When I got home I noticed a hugh difference in length on each side. So I took photos and sent a email to them saying how is this a full priced hair cut? I got charged for a long styled hair cut. And honestly you can notice it was bad. The manager said she would try fix it. But I just wanted a refund. But I didnt get a reply. So I went to another hairdresser to fix it. And they said it was 2 inches difference on each side. Yes 2 inches!!!!  Are your hair dressers NZ qualified?
