The worst experience in New Zealand so far. Booked on the phone, and was promised space big enough for our group. However when arrived, camp manager tried to squeeze us in very tight spot. When we complained about it, he said that it is a busy weekend and if we did't like it, we could find a place elsewhere. Was shocked and tried to explain our situation, however manager turned to a deaf ear. Asked about our country of origin and spoke highly negative about our nationality and that we all have high expectation. We have been traveling for a few years around New Zealand and simply was not prepared for such treatment. After all that manager charged us a booking fee of half the price. Being stunned by his offensive behavior paid it, just to escape as quick as possible. Never going there again and wouldn't recommend to any of my friends. It is a disgrace to a whole New Zealand.
