We have been customers of this business for YEARS. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Not once in all that time have we been mislead about pricing, or experienced anything other than care for our animals over and above the baseline expected. They DO operate on a cash-only basis, most of the time, that isn't unheard of, but not solely cash-only. We have paid directly into a bank on occasion. They are incredibly flexible, for which we are very grateful, as they understand that peace of mind for the owners is vital to enabling a customer to enjoy their time away from their pets. I can only assume if someone has been given a "vague quote" it's because they gave a "vague" scope of the duration care and I've no idea why anyone would expect to pay less for the service they've received, than they should do. Since the pet is the only leverage the business has for dealing with what sounds like a very aggressive customer, I can hardly blame them for refusing to return the pet until the full account has been settled. These people have the highest integrity and I will not stand by and allow such a caring business to be slated by a so-called customer (and this business has been the recipient of a number of malicious fake bad reviews, so I'm dubious) who claims to have accepted a "vague quote" (Really? Who is stupid enough to accept a "vague quote"?) and then cried foul when it didn't pan out for them.

We have been using this place regularly for 4 years. Never had a problem. Dog well carred for and healthy after a long stay. Very friendly staff who know their business. Its a shame the internet has given some people the chance to pen such irrelevant reviews. Contrary to your primary school belief, you can have a wrong opinion. I will continue to support this business.

Very unprofessional and certainly will NOT be going back. Insists on cash payment but very vague on pricing and have issues every time. Last time was the last straw when my partner and our dog were held hostage because we'd only taken in the amount of cash quoted but they then wanted more. I was only able to resolve the issue when I went to the office to check what was taking so long and unwillingly paid the extra to settle the matter. Quite frankly the police should have been called. Absolutely terrible!

Firstly called to see if we could come and view the place the lady we spoke with was extremely rude on the phone " I got stuff to do so you must come at this time " but we decided to go any way , On arrival the lady was rude once again. We had our daughter with us who she rudely said could not come in to the Kennel due to council regulations which is fine but maybe learn how to speak to customers !!!
