I've been a regular customer for over a year now, and sad to say that if this wasn't the closest option for us, I would definitely shop elsewhere. I'm happy to pay retail prices, but not when half of the product is dead and rotting within the container. When I brought this to their attention, and asked if it could be discounted due to the decay, the manager on shift didn't seem pleased but offered 10%. But you could clearly see that more than half of the contents were dead. When I got home, in total there were 7 live crickets between two containers. Not particularly impressed as I don't believe the price is fair and reasonable for the contents. Again, I would shop elsewhere if we could.

Good afternoon. This is a big thank you to the Staff at Riverland's Petbarn. They went out of their way to help me purchase the Sporn Ultimate control harness for Princess Lightning on Thursday 20th January. Discussed it with me and were so very helpful. Other advice was also answered for me. Reassured me that she is a normal fox terrier and explained that her behavior is normal for her breed. She has wore it 3 times but already she has stopped tugging and pulling. I love that she no longer has any pressure on her throat as it has stopped her from coughing when walking her. It is so easy to put on her. I have tried so many different walking leads and harnesses. This one is already a success. Will recommend this harness to my other dog owner friends. Thank You. I have ordered same day delivery heaps of times. Normally they send messages when it has been picked up and I can track my parcel. Yesterday I ordered from them but didn't receive an email to say it's on its way or any way to track it. It was left aty front door, not even a knock at the door to let me know it was there, and it would have been there for a couple of hours before I noticed it. Anyone could have taken the parcel.

Awesome customer service. Particularly from the guy in the fish section. Super knowledgeable and made us feel really comfortable interacting with him. We'll continue to visit this store for all our fish needs as long as he's there. Tall guy, black hair with glasses. Thank you for your service.

It was cluttered and staff a bit on the odd side. Petbarn is very over priced.
