We walked into the store to go look around and we went around the back to find 3 dead betta fish just floating around, the rest of the betta fish looked like they’ve been starved and mistreated. We then went to let a worker know and he responded with “someone was supposed to do the dead run, I’ll do it after this” I’ve never written a review and I’ve never complained for anything but these fish are being plainly mistreated and abused. It’s horrible to see.
All staff are very friendly and only too eager to help and answer any questions you have. If you need to know about reptile, birds, dogs cats and down to your small animals these guys are only too eager to help. My husband and I got our two beautiful jungle pythons and we know we can go back and ask any questions about our two beautiful family members anytime. Thank you Darren and Jake for helping us choose our two new family members :-.
Beautifully presented store. Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of birds, reptiles and fish. All the animals look well cared for. Reasonably priced Highly recommend
Very little this pet shop doesn't have. The pet tag station is fantastic, the engraving is at no extra cost. All my pets have one, with name on front and phone number on the back if they were to get lost.
Great shop. Helpful staff and knowledgeable. Also had some great reptiles including snakes, lizards and turtles
Excellent store , was able to get everything that I required , even product that I normally have to buy on line . Well presented store , great choice of product selection and good customer service
Great range of products and it’s great to see a store that has a decent support for reptiles. Darren is a reptile expert and it has been a pleasure gaining two Ackie monitors from. My partner and myself had a few issues however he was quick to reach out and rectify them. Will be a returning customer.
I've been getting my 2 dogs groomed here for a couple of years. They charge top dollar, and yes grooming is expensive everywhere. In the past they have done a good job, however this time there were different staff and it was a terrible job, the dogs looked like they had been done by a complete novice, Still paid top dollar thow.
Huge range of products and great staff. Current store manager is fantastic. Plenty of reptile supplies which can be hard to find at other local retailers.
Thank you Grace... And better then petbarn. Darren is a good help with all my pet needs. If he didn't have something he could steer me in the right direction.
